Who we are
Ascendestal is a small Amazon marketing studio. If you have any question about your data, email us at amazon@ascendestal.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, brand or store name, store URL, and your message.
- Booking a call: when you schedule through the embedded calendar, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and booking details.
- Spam protection: the captcha on our form gathers limited technical signals to tell humans from bots.
We don't ask for anything we don't need, and there's no account to create.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, schedule and run our call, and help with your Amazon store if we work together. That's the whole list.
Who helps us process it
A few trusted services make the site work. Your details pass through them only for that purpose:
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Calendly handles call scheduling.
- hCaptcha blocks spam and abuse.
- Vercel hosts the website.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
We hold your enquiry only as long as we need it to help you, then remove it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your choices
Email amazon@ascendestal.com anytime to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us.
Cookies
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded booking calendar and captcha may set their own cookies so they can function.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be obvious.
